The Comeback Challenge is for postpartum moms who’ve been cleared to exercise. This program is designed to help you ease back into movement, rebuild your strength, and reconnect with your body—while being mindful of your recovering core and pelvic floor. With appropriate alternatives for every movement, you can progress at your own pace and start feeling like yourself again.
