Jessica Cahoy is a registered nurse, 5x CrossFit Games athlete, and the creator of LIIT — Lower Intensity Interval Training — a method that helps women build strength, boost energy, and feel good in their bodies without burning out.

With a unique blend of clinical knowledge, elite fitness experience, and real-life perspective as a mom, Jessica created LIIT to solve the problem so many women face: how to train, eat, and live in a way that feels sustainable in every season of life.

After years in the high-intensity fitness world and her own postpartum journey, she realized sustainable health doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from doing things differently.

Jessica’s mission is to help women ditch the all-or-nothing mindset, reconnect with their bodies, and thrive with a holistic, expert-led approach that addresses the root causes — not just the symptoms.
